Bug Description

I am looking on the 'General' screen for one torrent.

'Availability' values have weird format: "38.999", "41.999". Usually, though not always, they have 999 after the period.
Is this field supposed to mean percentage value? But there is no percentage sign though. And the 'Downloaded' field right next on the screen.

Also 'Availability' blue bar is somewhat not totally blue, looks like there are some interruptions, but it doesn't look like half is missing, maybe 10%.

I also doubt what "41.999" might mean because there are many peers for the same torrent having 100% progress. How is this possible that torrent is less than 100% available when there are peers with 100% progress?

It should be more clear what 'Availability' means. If this is a percentage, place 'percent' sign after it and limit the number of digits. If not, screen needs to explain what units are those.

Availability is not a percentage. It is the number of complete and unique copies of the torrent data in the swarm you're currently connected to.

A value like 41.999 basically means that there's enough data currently floating around in your swarm to assemble the file(s) 41 times without reusing pieces.
