Bug Description

Same dude from a few hours before.

So i actually updated because i hoped that this, probably known issue, might get fixed but it's not (though it seemd that 2.8.1 didn't have the problem but had others).
I start the application and i have stuff in my qeue, stuff is getting checked, memory is getting eaten like candy from kinds and i can't use my system because it's not responding to any of my actions.

I did take some time to look for similar descriptions and found a few things, but somehow i read that it's connected to rastabar and they say it's some issue on your side as far as i can remember. So here i am reporting a "new" bug

Same system as before:
Windows 7 Prof 64 Bit
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000 (Dualcore 2x3Ghz)
4 GB DDR2-RAM

Similar issue with me. I'm using Ubuntu.

I have torrents in my queue for checking... It checks them normally until I put some new torrent for download. Then it just starts downloading for a few seconds, and then stalls and stops checking torrents in the queue. At that point, system becomes really slow.

Interestingly, it happens on external encrypted hard drives only. It just stops downloading and checking and becomes slow. Then, you have to quit program.
