Bug Description
I installed qBittorrent 2.8.0 and using qBittorrent-nox.
When I open the WebUI from browser and logged in as: admin:adminadmin and tried to change username and password it won't let me.
Every time I re-enter the settings page, the default username and password is there. I managed to change the username from config file "WebUI\Username=" so the username is not "admin" anymore. I cannot change the password so this is a security risk because I can't even manually change the password from config file.
