[wishlist] Implement "add to the very top of queue" option

I' would be happy to have option in torrent addition dialog "move to top of queue" (uTorrent has it).

Agreed. Too late for v2.8.0, probably for v2.9.0.

Good idea. I recommend this behaviour should be the default for additions from RSS feeds. It's pointless to have torrents add automatically if the user has to also manually bump them up the queue.
