wishlist: please, if possible, download torrents only given their hash

This is a feature request.

Transmission has a very nice downloading feature for use with DHT: for some torrents that are deemed to be "prejudicial" by many sites/trackers/whatever, but for which you know the torrent hash, without the user having to manually transform it in a magnet link.

Would it be possible to implement this for one of the next few versions? That would be handy for many users and be reasonably simple to implement, with, essentially, rewriting what the SHA1 sum that the user gave as input as something like:

    magnet:?xt=urn:btih:<SHA1>
