Per-Torrent max ratio setting

Bug Description

Is it possible to set the desired seeding ratio for each torrent as it is being added, rather than having a one-for-all setting? I like to seed my own uploads longer than those I have leeched.

Adding an option to set the seed ratio on a per label basis would also be nice.
However, this should not rule out the possibility to change this value on a per torrent basis. This option should set the default value for the torrent if it is given a specific label.
This should work also for unlabeled (which is the default) torrents, too.
