Cyrillic path names are shown as something crazy

I have a file I try it seeding. The file is located in the E: \NEW \тест\Odnoklassniki.2010.L.DVDScr.1400MB. After opening torrent file in qBittorrent: v2.2.10 I specify that the file should be downloaded in the E: \NEW \тест\Odnoklassniki.2010.L.DVDScr.1400MB after that there is a catalogue with a name in the form of dust. If to do that but with the catalogue which name in English that a file it starts to seeding.

I'm guessing you're using Windows ?

Are you using the torrent addition dialog to indicate the existing hard disk path ?
Or do you edit the torrent save path AFTER it was added using the lower properties panel?
