[Wishlist] Temporary Pause (not-scheduled)

Bug Description

Could you implement a way to pause torrents for a specified amount of time , like in (Flush Bittorrent Client).

Ways it could be presented : (See screenshot)

1: Right click on qBittorrent icon in system tray.
2: An icon in the toolbar.
3: An icon next to alternative speed limits icon on the bottom

P.S : Amount of time could be (30 minutes - 1 hour - 2 hour - Manual ).

Usage example : If for instance I started an online game I would like the program to pause for 1 hour because sometimes I pause the torrents but forget to Start them until the next day.

This is reeeally gr8 feetchure, Me will also like , plez put this in qbtitoorent , bcoz this is no ware else you find. exsept winblows cliyants, and me no go to winblows agayn , LINUX FTW - qbitoorent +1 and thnx all develeprs 4 gr8 prog..................

I have to say I don't really like this feature. I think it is not so useful to most users but it does make the UI slightly more complex and cluttered. I'm at a stage where I'm trying to simplify qBittorrent and make it as stable as possible. I keep implementing new features but only if I feel it makes sense for a large amount of users.

I might change my mind in the future, and this is why this report is still open. However, this is not a priority right now and I don't want qBittorrent to become overly complex like Azureus.
