Bug Description
This is a feature I have yet to see from a BT client, and one I desperately desire from qBittorrent. When dealing with larger torrents (<35gb), I like to download small sections, delete them, and grab the next. Most BT clients don't like that, qB in particular.
When setting a completed file to "ignored" priority, would it be possible to make qB stop seeding it (and thus making it possible to delete it without qB whining about the disk being full)?

I believe libtorrent- rasterbar should provide a API function to stop seeding a files within a torrent (or do it automatically when priority is switched to 'ignore').
Please post the report URL here when you are done.
