Can't delete transfer in v2.9.8

Here's another bug that I just discovered in the very buggy 2.9.8 build (mkdib's Windows build with libtorrent v0.16):
I have a torrent that won't start, so I tried deleting it from the transfer list..
It doesn't matter if you select the option to "also delete files on the hard disk", because after restarting qBittorrent, the deleted torrent is back on the list!
btw; I did a clean install of v2.9.8, and the torrent in question is not a magnet link torrent.

I went back to mkdib's qBittorrent v2.9.7 with libtorrent v0.15.11..
But now I'm also experiencing similar problems with this build:
I only had one download in the transfer window (magnet link torrent), and after restarting qBittorrent, the download started at 0% again.
The execution log reported file size missmatch and being unable to fast resume.
I wanted to start clean to avoid errors, so I tried deleting the download from the transfer window, and "also delete the files on the hard disk"..
This removed the download from the transfer window all right, but the files on the hard drive remained and had to be deleted manually.
(WinXP32,SP3 / Clean install of the qBittorrent build in question)

Mohammad, Could you please look into this? What's up with v2.9.8 on Windows? v0.16.0+svn is quite stable on Mac and Linux.
Official v2.9.7 for Windows on qBittorrent.org is also using v0.16.0+svn.
