Bug Description

I'm under Ubuntu 12.04 with gnome-shell, and the connection is about 1 Mb

I try since a few time, and I always fail to download something.

On Kubuntu forum, VinsS said it was perhaps due to some troubles on Arte servers.
Three days later always the same problem.

I have tried to download a video 'J'accuse(1)', and I launched qarte in debug mode from a console.
Here is what qarte reports:

I forgot to say that I have open the port 1935 on my Livebox.

Pas de problème pour moi.

essayez ceci dans un terminal pour voir si une erreur plus explicite apparaît:

rtmpdump --host artestras.fcod.llnwd.net --port 1935 --protocol rtmp --app a3903 --playpath 'mp4:v1/am/tvguide/default/048715-000-A_SQ_2_VO_01542728_MP4-2200_AMM-Tvguide.mp4' -o /home/alain/Vidéos/plus141582350599.flv

Cette erreur signifie un problème de configuration.

Si vous êtes certain pour le port 1935 alors peut-être la configuration du parefeu ?

L'UPnP est activé, mais il n'y a pas de paramétrage.
Faut-il ouvrir le port dans UPnP plutôt que dans NAT ?

Je l'ignore, je n'utilise pas de livebox. La question devrait être posée dans un forum approprié.

Bon, j'ai trouvé, pour la Livebox v1, la doc n'est pas bonne.

C'est bien le paramétrage du parefeu qu'il faut modifier.
Il faut simplement ouvrir le port 1935

Le NAT quand à lui permet de rediriger un port entrant (ou sortant) vers (ou en prevenance) d'une machine sur un autre port

L'uPnP permet quand à lui de gérer des équipements raccordés sur le routeur (en l'occurence la livebox) : imprimante, ....

L'incident est clos :)
