add more information to deployment report header

Bug Description
Now the reports have lots of greyed lines and the header shows:

Last revision deployed to QAStaging is 12241. There are 26 revisions waiting in the queue.
Revision 12214 can be deployed to production.
Revision 12215 is blocking further rollouts.
}}}
I think that it would be useful to know how many of the blocking are needstesting or qa-bad, and also to have a list of the bugs fixed already QAed and ready to be deployed (bug 667390).
