Bug Description
Right now qa-tagger ignores testfix commits, but, as well pointed by bac, with the continuous rollouts the testfix mode is nothing but (a specific case of) a rollback of a previous bad branch, so we should consider the bug numbers and the linked things to the commit instead of ignoring everything as we do now.
