ubuntu_qrt_kernel_security: ppc64el: STRICT_MODULE_RWX and DEBUG_WX are enabled on 5.15+

and

Ensure DEBUG_WX is set
...
AssertionError: DEBUG_WX option was expected to be unset in the kernel config

while these two options are available on ppc64el 5.15+ and enabled.
