Bug Description

Looking at various publicly accessible graphs on ci.ubuntu.com, many are either out of date or broken.

http://ci.ubuntu.com/power/hardware/arch/i386/ - nothing since December 2014
http://ci.ubuntu.com/bootspeed/arch/amd64/ - broken since July 2014
http://ci.ubuntu.com/memory/idle/arch/armhf/ - nothing since 2014

The data is historical and not being updated, I propose we either get the tests working again, or we just ditch these as they are now meaningless.
