Artifacts link pointing to the wrong location

Whilst at it, please remove logcat from http://reports.qa.ubuntu.com/smokeng/saucy/image/3282/, it doesn't need to be on that page.

Not all jobs have /artifact/clientlogs/, but all jobs have /artifcat/. If we make this change then we will introduce 404's. This is one of those things that without consistency in the jobs it becomes *extremely* hard to attempt to overcome and much more error prone. Look at security on the first link.

you mean not all the touch jobs have it or the server and desktop jobs don't have it?
