Bug Description

Fix it by increasing constants buffer
class VstStringConstants(object):
  kVstMaxProgNameLen = 256
  kVstMaxParamStrLen = 256
  kVstMaxVendorStrLen = 256
  kVstMaxProductStrLen = 256
  kVstMaxEffectNameLen = 256
