Bug Description
The frost tower currently upgrades the path the standard Slowing tower does, which is the standard tower path.
So the slowing tower needs an appropriate upgrade (and boost? probably not as boosting does not infect infliction, but this is a matter of definition) method whose parameters the frost tower then can override
