Bug Description
We could add a new function to let customer run to check whether the zvm cloud connector configuration is set well, such as:
enabled punch device
enabled reader device
OPTION LNKNOPAS and IUCV ANY
sdkserver, zvmsdk-uwsgi and httpd services are on
httpd timeout set ....
It will help the customer to identify the configuration error quickly and make sure zvmsdk is workable
