Bug Description

On z/VM 7.1, seems OPNCLOUD user is removed from SMAPI servers group.

testlx:~ # /opt/zthin/bin/smcli Image_Query_DM -T opncloud
Failed
  Return Code: 400
  Reason Code: 4
Description: ULGSMC5400E Image or profile definition not found
  API issued : Image_Query_DM

There are several places in our doc used OPNDLOUD as an example for some commands. eg, the verification of zthin package installation in quickstart and several places in makeimage.rst and iucv related code/doc.

We should remove such references for compatible with z/VM 7.1 change.

I'd suggest we say something like following at beginning of the doc: bring your own linux and assume the name is OPNCLOUD
then we don't need doc change for other sections

If we chose OPNCLOUD as sample BYOL userid, will make z/VM 6.4 user a little bit confused, since it is already exists.
