zaqarclient (0.1.2.dev20) failing with error header X-PROJECT-ID was missing

Tried below zaqarclient commands and observed issue "MalformedRequest: The header X-PROJECT-ID was missing" with python-zaqarclient (0.1.2.dev20)

$ openstack queue list
$ openstack queue delete myqueue1

Find more information or log snapshots for error with 0.1.2.dev20 @ http://paste.openstack.org/show/454543/

But, it is working while creating a queue using above mentioned zaqarclient version (0.1.2.dev20).

When I reverted back to python-zaqarclient (0.1.1), everything is working as expected.

    Attaching a default project_id

    Zaqar client threw below exception for noauth backend.

    MalformedRequest: The header X-PROJECT-ID was missing

    This patch will add a default project_id in request header
    for noauth authentication backend.
