Bug Description

Even in context of standard WebDAV features, server implementation may vary. The handling of these specifics should be clearer implemented. For details see the 'webdav.Connection.Connection' class which implements some of these specifics. Currently, the library should support Apache mod_dav, Tamino, and Catacomb WebDAV servers.
