Bug Description

After enabling Mir on touch (http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/6178812/), autopilot tests do not run. The autopilot process starts, but nothing happens. Tested on both mako and maguro, with eg. phablet-test-run -n unity8 or phablet-test-run camera_app. Reverting to non-Mir by removing .display-mir and rebooting gives working autopilot again.

Using mir bzr1086 and unity-mir bzr95 as built in the daily-build PPA. In other words mir 0.0.12+13.10.20131001-0ubuntu1 and unity-mir 0.1+13.10.20131001-0ubuntu1.
