Bug Description

The trove help metadata-create command is missing periods at the end of the descriptions of the positional arguments.

Hi Ishita! I tried to reproduce in last Trove version but I couldn't. Could you provide more details of your environment? Thanks

I already put up a patch set for this review and it was merged (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/207269/) Not sure why launchpad still shows it as incomplete. Is there somewhere that I need to mark it as complete?
