Bug Description

https://github.com/openstack/python-troveclient/blob/master/troveclient/client.py#L372 raises non-existent exception NoTokenLookupException.

This module imports exception from troveclient.openstack.common.apiclient, however problem could be easily solved if it uses troveclient.exceptions because this module extends troveclient.openstack.common.apiclient

    Found that troveclient.client raises a non-existent exception,
    resolved the same.
