Bug Description

python-troveclient misses --os-auth-token, it can be used to perform auth procedure without credentials

        parser.add_argument('--os-auth-token',
                            default=utils.env('OS_AUTH_TOKEN'),
                            help='Defaults to env[OS_AUTH_TOKEN].')
