Bug Description

Currently tooz does not support passing ca certificate to underlying clients so
the system certificate repository is always used.
We should provide the option to pass specific ca certificate path so that users can
use the own certificate without installing it to the system global repository.

Redis: Allow customizing ssl ca certificates path

This allows users to give ssl_ca_certs argument of redis client so that
a specific file, instead of the system global certificates, can be
    used.
