--header/-H inconsistencies with swift post

Bug Description
When using --header in conjunction with --os-project-name swift post succeeds:
swift --os-project-name dev post resources files/dev.png --header "X-Delete-
When --header is replaced with -H in the same command the help is returned.
I have done further testing and both work if you do not use --os-project-name.
