Download fails to create directories with "application/directory" content types

Bug Description

When trying to download a dataset that has "application/directory" content types (rather than the "text/directory" content types used by swift upload), the download fails. Updating swiftclilent/service.py to create directories for objects that have "text/directory" and "application/directory" appears to fix this issue.
