MultiThreadingManager._print should detect exception

Bug Description

While fixing the Bug #1238359, I got nothing from print_stream. The root cause is that the MultiThreadingManager._print() failed. It will be helpful fordebugging to wrap it in try / except clause.

MultiThreadingManager._print() is the final print function for output/error, but if it failed, it becomes a black hole, nothing is printed.
