Add action-id to output of node-delete

When I delete one or more node at one time, the output is 'Request accepted'.
I got confused, as I can't figure out which actions are dealing with the deletion.
I recommend adding action-ids to output of node-delete. Additionally, we should output the action-ids in all requests using actions.

    Fix output from cluster/node delete

    As requested by some users, we are supposed to output the action IDs
    spawned at server side when deleting cluster or node.
