Bug Description
The PRIMERGY TX2540 M1 will raise "SCCIClientError: Failed to apply param values with error code 406" when calling function elcm_profile_set to setup bios config. The status of RestAPI response is "406 Not Acceptable" indicates that the target resource does not have a current representation that would be acceptable to the user agent, according to the proactive negotiation header fields received in the request, and the server is unwilling to supply a default representation. We have to send correct available representation characteristics to the server.
