Bug Description

Update the identity v2 service to use resource2/proxy2

When porting, do a walkthrough of the documentation to see if anything has changed so that we can keep the service updated.

Porting was completed as far as I can see.
Documentation is quite poor and the API does not correspond to the latest status (https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/database/). I think that bringing API and docs to the actual Trove status should be done as part of a separate Bug (I can take care of bug opening and implementation). Do you agree?
