Object get needs to be smarter about what headers it sends

Object store needs to be smarter about what headers it sends. Previously, it sent all the headers it had and a lot of the headers were associated with the last transaction. In some cases this could mess up Swift. Object.get should only send the allowed headers for filtering. Perhaps the get proxy should allow the user to specify the headers they want to send.
