Bug Description
Biran reported this and I've seen it on Jenkins, but I'm not able to recreate it after running py27 tests in a loop on ubuntu. Some race condition in the logging fixture in test_debug_post

Delete transport test test_debug_post
With the coming of KSA, I think the need for this test will go
away. KSA actually does a better job of testing this exact
thing.
