mistral commands don't send auth token

Bug Description

openstack workflow list returns a "Failed to validate access token: Authentication required" error whereas mistral workflow-list correctly lists the workflows.
I can reproduce this with all mistral subcommands.

It seems the openstack client asks for a token (and gets one) but does not send it along the GET http://xxx:8989/v2/workflows request.

Openstack client version is 3.14.0

I should add this is on a fresh devstack with only "enable_plugin mistral https://github.com/openstack/mistral" added to localrc.

python-mistralclient version is 3.2.0
