project purge --project {uuid} removes from auth project

Bug Description
`openstack project purge --project {uuid}` should only delete resources from the specified project.
However, using --dry-run, it shows that it will happily deleted images and instances from the authenticated project instead.
I am not sure if other resource types are affected - only noticed instances and images.
