openstack server list missing flavors

Bug Description
When there are flavors that are only visible to specific projects, these are not shown when an admin runs "openstack server list --all" because the implicit "flavor list" command that is used to map the flavor uuids to named is executed without the "--all" option, resulting in an empty flavor field for the corresponding servers.
The expected result would be that the "--all" option is also used for listing the flavors so that the corresponding information can be show for the servers.
