Bug Description
I've recently upgraded from 3.11.0 to 3.12.0 and now I don't have the stack commands available anymore.
I've checked the 3.12.0 release notes and there is no mention of that, so I'm guessing it's a bug.
Steps to reproduce:
Install python-
Source openrc file
Run openstack stack list
Expected result:
List of stacks
Current result:
openstack: 'stack list' is not an openstack command. See 'openstack --help'.

backup create
backup delete
backup list
backup restore
backup show
