OSC doesn't allow to attach/detach ports to/from a server

OSC "server add fixed ip" command enables to attach a network to a VM but it's also possible to attach a port to a VM.

    Enable to add/remove port to/from a server

    This change enables to add/remove a specific port to/from a server using
    the new commands:

     openstack server add port <vm> <port>
     openstack server remove port <vm> <port>

This issue was fixed in the openstack/python-openstackclient 3.10.0 release.
