lbaas-loadbalancer-show does not provide name or ID of nova VM created

Bug Description

After creating a new loadbalancer, one should be able to know the VM which belongs to it.
Currently lbaas-loadbalancer-show command does not show any information and it could be useful for a user who does not have access to logs.

I don't think this information should be exposed to the end users. The service VMs created by the octavia driver are owned by the octavia service account and are not a part of the tenant project.

Also please consider that not all of the load balancer drivers create/use VMs via nova.
