Error output of "volume type list --public"

The following output of command "volume type list":

But "volume type list --public" shows the same results instead of
only public ones.

I tested the issue on newest (pike) devstack with osc 3.11.0, the problem is not reproduced,
please see the result here: http://paste.openstack.org/show/613879/.

So what's your osc version?
