openstack cli asks for password

When a openstack cli is executed and openstack credentials not configured, it asks for password as shown below:

manickan@mrkanag-os:~$ env | grep OS_
manickan@mrkanag-os:~$
manickan@mrkanag-os:~$ openstack endpoint --help
Password:
Command "endpoint" matches:
  endpoint create
  endpoint delete
  endpoint list
  endpoint show
manickan@mrkanag-os:~$

When we want to see the cli help, i believe the credentails are not required to be configured. so i felt this is a bug and it should allow to see the help directly without asking for password.
