add support for removing volume image metadata

Bug Description

For removing existing volume_image_metadata, we have cinder client command "cinder image-metadata <volume> unset <key=value> [<key=value> ...]".

But there is not option available from openstack client.

    Add support for deleting Image-property

    OSC does not support to delete volume's image property.
    This patch will provide support for deleting image property
    to existing volume.
