Bug Description

DNS integration functionality has been added to Neutron here https://review.openstack.org/#/c/212213/ and here https://review.openstack.org/#/c/200952/. The client has to be extended to support the --dns-name and --dns-domain arguments to the net-create, net-update, port-create, port-update and floatingip-create commands

Adding python-openstackclient (OSC) to the affected projects. OSC supports the network commands and work is in progress for the port and floating IP commands.

    Add DNS integration support to the client

    DNS integration has been added to Neutron. This commit complements that
    by adding --dns-name and --dns-domain arguments to create and update
    commands of networks, ports and floating IPs.
