OSC does not support to set volume's bootable flag

Bug Description

Volume has a 'bootable' flag which indicates whether a user can boot a VM from it. OSC dose not support to
set this flag right now. We could add this functionality.

    Support mark volume as bootable in volume set

    Add --bootable | --non-bootable option in volume set
    to mark or unmark volume as bootable.
