Bug Description
The configglue project has an excellent complementary project (django-configglue) which makes it really easy to manage per-site configuration . This requires only isolated changes to your existing code if you already use django's regular settings system, is already in use by all of ISD's Django deployments and is packaged for Lucid.

The current oops2 code simply pulls config from environment variables... however, I think that was just temporary for some quick testing.
I'll keep this in mind though, as I work with the oops code. I'm not yet sure how simple or complex the change would be.
