Bug Description

<mars> joey, one thing oops.py is missing is the link to the cricket graphs
<mars> joey, and I would love to give it "one click explain analyze" support in the OOPS page itself. That would rock.

The following cricket graphs should be included on the main oops.py landing page, in a new group of links

Oops Summaries: edge
Oops Summaries: lpnet
OOPS Summaries: staging

The link to each individual environment's OOPS summary graph should also included on the environment's "Oops Report Summary" page.

We don't use cricket anymore, I think the point is reasonable though - to have a link to the graph for a collection of oopses.
