After Recording Once, the Number of Source Options Doubles

Bug Description

After successful recording with "Record from input:" on any setting (on an IBM T41 laptop with a built in microphone): If you try to change the "Record from input:" setting and record again, it shows each option in the drop down box twice. I can't take a screenshot of it, but for instance:

"Line-In, CD, Microphone, Capture, Phone, Aux"
becomes
"Line-In, CD, Microphone, Capture, Phone, Aux, Line-In, CD, Microphone, Capture, Phone, Aux"

I can't find a -dbg package for gnome-media, but I ran it with gdb anyway, and here is what popped up when I changed inputs after recording:

** (gnome-sound-recorder:28887): CRITICAL **: gst_alsasrc_mixer_list_tracks: assertion `this->mixer != NULL' failed

Here is a screenshot of the device manager page for my sound card.
