Bug Description

The validation for https://review.openstack.org/#/c/435141 is choking on an older releasenotes file. It seems that something has recently gotten more strict.

That said, it does seem like releasenotes/notes/remove-deprecated-option-in-3.3.0-82a413157838570d.yaml is in fact malformed.

The bug has been fixed in https://review.openstack.org/471081 .
But it was for stable/newton.
So mark this report for master branch as 'Invalid'.
